Parker – Gentle, Sweet, and an Excellent Walking Buddy

Parker is a 3-year-old brown Husky mix weighing 59 pounds and with a sectoral heterochromia right eye. He’s a sweet, engaging guy who enjoys exploring his surroundings and warms up beautifully to his people

Excellent on leash: Parker shows wonderful leash etiquette and enjoys leisurely sniffing and exploring his surroundings. Sweet and affectionate: When you get down to his level, Parker happily comes over for attention and presses in for pets. Once he warms up, Parker may even roll over for belly rubs. Treat motivated and gentle: He takes treats with a soft mouth and happily works for cheese and jerky. Eager to learn: Parker responds well to “sit” and is perfecting “down”. He may get a little bouncy when too excited but can be redirected with patient guidance, making him a fun dog to continue training with.

Parker would do best with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with appropriate dog friends.
