Reach out to the shelter or rescue directly through Yip to ask questions, learn about the pet, and understand their adoption requirements.

Apply and get approved
Complete the organization's adoption application. Each organization sets its own process, which may include a questionnaire, references, or a home check.

Bring your pet home
Once you're approved, coordinate pickup or a meet-and-greet with the organization, finalize any adoption fees, and welcome your new family member.
