Meet Gus – Your New Best Friend!
Gus is a lovable Pug mix with a heart as sweet as they come. Through no fault of his own, he found himself owner surrendered to a shelter, but he's ready to leave that chapter behind and find the forever family he deserves.
This gentle boy loves being close to his people and enjoys simply sharing your company. Gus is happiest when he's nearby. He's also fantastic with other dogs.
Since arriving at the rescue, Gus has shown very little anxiety and has settled in nicely. Like many dogs, he'll benefit from a patient family who will give him a little time to adjust to his new surroundings.
We were told when being owner surrendered, the Gus is potty trained and does know how to use a bell to alert when needing to use the bathroom.
Gus is neutered, 4DX negative, microchipped, current on all vaccinations, and protected with ProHeart 12 and Bravecto.

Gus is currently located in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (Kentucky), and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Please note that transport is not available to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.
