Meet Ellie!
Ellie came to us with three of her canine friends after they were seized from a neglect situation by local animal control. Like the others, she had clearly gone without the care she deserved for far too long. She arrived with a severe flea infestation, hair loss, overgrown nails, and poor nutrition.
Ellie is the definition of a lap dog! Her favorite place in the world is curled up with her people, soaking up all the love and attention she can get. She's an incredibly gentle, loving, and submissive girl who is always wearing the sweetest little smile.
Ellie gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing, but she's happiest just relaxing and spending time with her family. She's quiet, isn't much of a barker, and has an easygoing personality that makes her a wonderful companion.
She appears to be potty trained but may need a little refresher as she adjusts to a new home. She also does well using puppy pads.
Ellie is spayed, 4DX negative, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, and cytopoint to help with any allergies and itch relief for her fur to grow back nicely. She also recently had a dental cleaning with a few extractions, as well as bloodwork which was all normal. Her adoption fee is $400.

Ellie is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, she cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
