Henny Penny has been through more than any dog should. She spent nearly a month surviving on her own on the streets, staying just out of reach until she was finally safely trapped and brought into rescue. After everything she's been through, it's no surprise she's a little shy when meeting new people.
At first, Henny Penny can be quiet and a bit standoffish, but once she realizes she's safe, her true personality shines through. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and before long, she's the one climbing into your lap for cuddles. She just needs someone willing to give her a little time and patience, and she'll reward you with so much love.
Henny Penny is spayed, microchipped, 4DX negative, current on Bravecto, and protected with ProHeart 12, so she's ready to head to her forever family.
Her adoption fee is $500.
Henny Penny is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Due to state regulations, we are unable to transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
