OCTOBER 2026
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat if a kitten is too much energy for you! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old.
MOCHA TRUFFLE and his siblings (AMARETTI, SNICKERDOODLE, BISCOTTI and BUTTERSCOTCH) were left in a carrier with her mama COOKIE on a lady’s doorstep in Murrieta, California. When notified, we found a foster and who took them in.
Meet MOCHA TRUFFLE, a young Bombay kitten from Murrieta, California, whose personality is every bit as rich and irresistible as his name. From the time he was tiny, MOCHA TRUFFLE has made one thing very clear: cuddles are his specialty! He has always been the first little guy to come running when affection is available, and he absolutely loves being close to his people. This sweet boy has the kind of personality that makes you feel like you have your very own furry shadow. Wherever you go, MOCHA TRUFFLE wants to know what you are doing and, more importantly, whether he can join in.
MOCHA TRUFFLE does not believe in being left out of anything. Cooking dinner? He is interested. Opening a package? He would like to investigate. Settling down for some relaxation? He is already on his way. And when morning arrives, you can expect him to conduct a very important inspection of your coffee cup. After all, a dedicated companion needs to make sure everything is starting the day properly!
His affectionate personality makes MOCHA TRUFFLE a true lovebug who would thrive with a family ready to give him plenty of companionship, attention, playtime, and snuggles. He has grown up with his mama and siblings in a loving foster environment, giving him a wonderful foundation as he gets ready for his next chapter.
With his sweet nature and enormous enthusiasm for cuddles, MOCHA TRUFFLE is ready to be someone's constant companion and little sidekick. He will bring warmth, laughter, curiosity, and plenty of affection to the family lucky enough to welcome him.
Are you ready for a lovable little shadow who wants to be part of everything you do?
