Gia is a 7 month old, spayed 18 pound little island girl who is growing into such a sweet companion. She may be a little cautious about some things, but once she decides she likes you, she’s all about the cuddles! Gia is house trained. She sleeps happily in her crate most nights, although she also does wonderfully when given the freedom to sleep upstairs with her foster family. And this girl is a serious cuddler! She loves staying in physical contact with her people all night long. ❤️ Loves other dogs and is playful while respecting their boundaries. She also loves water! She may love going to the beach! Gia lives with children but gives them their space. She’ll need a family willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. She hasn’t met cats yet, but her foster family doesn’t anticipate that being an issue. Gia doesn’t need to be the boldest dog in the room. She just needs someone who will give her time and patience to discover that the world is a pretty wonderful place.
