Pavarotti the cat is like his namesake - a big personality! He knows what he likes: attention, to give and receive affection, and lots of playtime! He’s also a very handsome boy with stripes galore, pale yellow green eyes and an always alert expression that says I was born ready.
Pavarotti is also super smart and already knows how to sit and paw bump. Could singing be next? More training and enrichment activities help keep this teenager from being bored. He’s also talkative, social, and loveable. For attention, he’ll seek pets and cuddles and climb into your lap. However, Pavarotti likes affection on his terms and 10 - 15 minutes is usually enough, thank you.
When it comes to playtime, Pavarotti likes variety! That means hunting feather toys, leaping for cat dancer toys, kicking ping pong balls, playing hide and go seek (tunnels help) and wrestling with cat buddies. He’ll challenge you to come up with new things to do for play and games to engage his brain so neither of you becomes bored.
Like many teenagers, he’s still learning his manners and can sometimes get overstimulated when he’s excited, so he’ll do best with an adopter who can give him plenty of playtime, enrichment, and consistent redirection to toys. He also needs a friendly, active and tolerant cat friend that will enjoy having a playmate and help with continuing to learn good cat manners.
