Lily and Petunia have a little something for everyone. Shy, sensitive people will appreciate Lily's cautious demeanor and enjoy developing the bond of trust between them that will enable the ear scratches Lily so craves; outgoing but quiet party-goers will have a blast gently rolling a ball toward a flopped-over Petunia and watching him lazily swat it back at them. Lily and Petunia are a bonded pair of siblings and it shows in their occasional mild bickering. In particular, Petunia needs to be kept away from Lily's food at dinner time, or he will scarf down his own and attempt to steal hers. Aside from this and the occasional brother/sister tussle, they generally get along and enjoy sleeping under the bed all day after a brief period of morning exercise and before dinner.
Lily likes to hang out where the people are, but in a "safe" spot nearby. Her foster says she loves face pets and a good long cuddle time once she is comfortable in her new home! She'll flop on her side and push her little head into yours and purr up a storm, and then roll back and forth looking cute at you if you stop petting her. She's relatively chatty to her favorite human, and will come meow at you to demand pets if she sees you get up in the middle of the night for anything. Though she can get a little overstimulated with petting sometimes, so knowing cat body language for when to stop, is key.
Petunia is more outgoing and likes to flop in the middle of the room, awaiting pets or treats, and has been known to give off little meows as dinner is being prepared.
