Here's Your Quick Peek:
Abby is a young black toy poodle, about 10 pounds, and as sweet as she is beautiful. She came to us deeply loved, along with her brother Zeus, when her breeder’s health made caring for two lively young dogs unfair to them.

Must have:
Exercise: Moderate amount - she is still working on leash skills
Best with: Another dog to play and cuddle with and humans home more than away
Not ideal for: Homes with children under 10, homes with shared walls (Abby has opinions and she is not afraid to voice them)
Energy level: About a 5 out of 10. Lively and happy when appropriate but knows how to settle at the end of the day and cuddle.
Abby can be shy at first, but give her about three days and she becomes affectionate, playful, curious, and eager to be with her people. She loves being held, carried, snuggled, and playing with her small foster friends.
Abby needs another small, playful dog in her home, preferably under 5 years old. She has never really been alone, so a person who is home more than away is best. She can be vocal, so shared walls are not ideal. Children over 12 only.
Good with dogs: Small dogs only. Large dogs she
Good with kids: Unknown and we do not think so, recommending children over 12 only
Cats: Unknown - I think she would do fine
Fun fact: Abby is a cuddle queen which is why we ask for another playful, gregarious small dog in the home. She wold be a great second dog.
