Meet Poppy — The Sweetheart Who Deserves the Best
If you’re looking for a gentle, loving kitty to fill your heart, Poppy is the girl for you!
This beautiful 1–2‑year‑old tabby was rescued by a kind friend who made sure she was spayed and vaccinated. During routine testing for strays ready to be re-homed, they discovered that Poppy is FIV+ — and suddenly, she had nowhere to go.
Safe Pet Project stepped in to give her the love and safety she deserves. Poppy now shares her space with
Grace
, our other FIV+ kitten, and both are thriving.
About FIV: FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is not contagious to humans, but it can spread to other cats. Poppy would do best as a solo indoor kitty or in a home with another FIV+ cat. She’s healthy, affectionate, and will live a normal, happy life with proper indoor care.
