Cricket is a spunky tabby girl whose favorite thing in the world is to run and play! Extra spirited and adventurous, this little Energizer Bunny keeps going and going… until it’s nap time when she will cuddle between your legs where she feels safe and secure.
Cricket’s future wasn’t always so warm and bubbly. At just 5 weeks old, she was found by a Good Samaritan in an abandoned basement in Germantown, extremely tiny, emaciated, and hypothermic. Luckily, Cricket found her way to a Kitten Snatchers foster who was able to provide the necessary ICU care — incubator, syringe feeding, and medical attention — to support her and have her bounce back to health. It was then that her ravenous appetite and cheeky personality started to blossom!
Little Cricket is very playful and energetic and will need a home with another young, active cat or kitten. She has lived with many other foster kittens and resident cats in her current foster home. She is the smallest one but bravely wrestles with her larger foster siblings! She also lives with a medium-sized dog and could do well with a respectable canine companion.
Cricket is all around a perfect little kitty and will make an excellent addition to many households. From near death to lively firecracker, the only part of the story missing is the happy ending of a forever home!
