Jake and Courtney (or Jay and Cort) are a bonded sibling pair who are so attached that we, at one point, thought they really were connected at the hip! These cuties were new arrivals to a cat colony and trapped outside a house. The TNR project responsible for their care went through the process and deemed them too darn friendly to be rereleased. And here they are!
The brother and sister have so much in common with one another and do everything together. Playtime is always a fun time and entertaining to watch! It feels like that's all they do sometimes! They love all sorts of toys, and they will even play tug-of-war with each other. It's a vicious cycle of play, sleep, play, sleep, and somehow fit eating in there! When they are exhausted from playing, they will retire to their crate and sleep next to each other. Aside from each other, they enjoy other felines. They haven't been tested with dogs. Because they were living outside, they have become easily startled by loud noises. It may be best not to have younger children in the house, but older, respectable ones are fine!
It may be hard to tell the difference between the two besides "checking." However, in the picture, the beautiful one on the left is Courtney, and the handsome devil on the right is Jake!
Their adoption donation is $245 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter and spay.
