Meet Claudia!! Claudia is a playful, energetic girl who is still learning how to channel all that kitten enthusiasm! She can sometimes get a little mouthy or use her paws during play, so she'll need an adopter who understands redirection and can provide appropriate outlets for her energy and curiosity. Claudia would thrive with interactive play sessions (10 minutes with a wand toy twice daily, followed by treats), plenty of enrichment, and appropriate things to chew on, like silvervine sticks. A feline friend with a similiar energy level could be a wonderful bonus for her. Claudia is looking for a home with no small children and someone willing to help her learn good play habits through patience, consistency, and positive redirection. She's got lots of personality and energy to share, she's ready for a home that can keep up. Another recommendation: we'd emphasize that hands and feet are not used as toys, and the adopters should redirect mouthing and pawing toward appropriate toys rather than physically correcting her.
