Sunny is a 1-in-10 female orange kitten named after the little ray of sunshine that she is. She was found abandoned in a bag outside a Fremont store. Weighing just 8 ounces, this tiny girl got around-the-clock care and bottle feedings every 2–3 hours to survive. Despite her start, Sunny has blossomed into a resilient, sweet little kitten who is ready to brighten someone's life! Like most bottle-fed kittens, Sunny's favorite place in the world is nestled in your arms. She loves curling up for long, cozy naps, purring away as she drifts off to dreamland. Her gentle little meow perfectly matches her sweet and tender personality. Hold her close, and you'll quickly discover just how much love this tiny girl has to give! Sunny is just beginning her wet-food journey, and she's already proving to be a great eater! She's growing stronger with every meal, and when it comes to treats, chicken Churu is the way to her heart. When she's not snuggling, Sunny loves playtime! She enjoys swatting balls around and chasing after them with the cutest little pounces. Watching her tiny paws bat a ball across the floor before she springs after it is guaranteed to make you smile! And when she rolls over to play, you can see the adorable orange spots on her tummy. Sunny has been in foster care with cats, dogs, and young children and has taken it all in stride. She's growing up accustomed to a very busy environment and has shown herself to be a sweet little girl around her furry and human friends. We had another singleton, coincidentally orange kitten, Maple, come in, so we put them together so they'd have kitten play, and they have become absolutely inseparable. They play together, wrestle, and snuggle for nap time. Sometimes when you put kittens together like this, it can take a couple of days for them to get used to each other. It only took them an hour, so we will find a home that will welcome both Sunny and Maple.
