Katy is a female dog urgently in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide continued medical care and support.Katy has a dislocated hip (coxofemoral luxation) and requires a femoral head ostectomy (FHO), a surgical procedure to remove the femoral head and relieve pain associated with the damaged hip joint.Katy will require orthopedic surgery, pain management, post-operative care, and rehabilitation to help restore her comfort and mobility.
