Nova is a 1 year old female Pit mix with beautiful brindle coloring and a joyful, friendly personality that will keep you smiling! This lovely girl has a fun, playful side as well as a wonderful loving nature to share with her lucky family. Nova enjoys stretching her legs with a few zoomies when she first gets into the park, and she loves running alongside the fence to say hello to dogs in nearby play areas. But as much as she enjoys her playtime, being with her favorite people is what makes Nova happiest! Just look at those adoring eyes she gives you, and you'll understand why she is SO easy to love. At around 40 pounds, Nova is a nice, svelte size … and if you're looking for a lap dog, she's more than happy to audition for the job! While she can sometimes be a bit jumpy in her enthusiastic greetings with people, she already knows her Sit command and is learning to greet her human friends more politely. Plus Nova is eager to please, and would love to keep learning with her forever family. One thing to note is that this agile girl can climb a chain link fence … she only tries it when left alone, all so that she can get to her favorite human or doggie friends. This super affectionate, fun-loving girl has so much potential and so much love to give. She's ready to trade shelter life for family adventures, cozy snuggles, and a place to finally call home. Come meet this beautiful brindle girl soon and let Nova’s loving eyes work their magic on you!
