Currently Living at: SC SHELTER. Frosty needs a foster or forever home to come to the DC area!
Special adoption considerations: Because Frosty is shy, he needs to go to a home with a resident dog who will show him the ropes!

Do you know how amazing that is?! Give me sec to shed a tear and…here are my wishes:) Because of my rough start in life I am shy. I dream of a loving, patient forever family. A safe haven home with a resident dog to show me the ropes. I dream of becoming my best, smart, goofy self, of sporting my best, groomed, shiny fluffy fur and showing off my stylish white socks, gentleman style! I need some TLC, and helping and seeing me blossom will be so rewarding. What do you say? Help me to my best life and let my dog heart do the rest? That would be so amazing.
