Gidget, DSH, Brown Tiger with White, Female spayed, 4 months old

Fidget, DSH, Brown Tabby with White, Male neutered, 4 months old

Gidget and Fidget may be a little shy at first, but once you give him a little time they will warm up and you will see how sweet they are. They purr when you pet them, and they love to snuggle together!

Before any cat or kitten gets adopted they are spayed or neutered, micro chipped and up to date on shots. All members of the household must meet the cat and the adopter must provide proof of either home ownership or a lease with a pet policy allowing cats.

To meet our cats visit them at the shelter. We are open for adoptions between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock every day including weekends.

The Ocean County Health Department operates two animal facilities. The Ocean County Animal Facilities provide temporary housing for dogs and cats and maintain a 24-hour receiving service for stray animals that are brought in by Municipal Animal Control Officers. Features of the shelters include indoor/outdoor dog runs, cat rooms, isolation areas and surgical facilities. All of the pets we adopt out are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, and receive a general health exam from our veterinarian.
