Meet Alfie!
Meet Alfie, one of the adorable puppies from our A-litter! We think these six unique pups may be wire-haired terrier mixes, but whatever their mix, they each have their own special personality.
Their sweet mama was dropped off at a volunteer’s work site, and our rescue stepped in to help the whole family. Now Alfie is settling into foster life and doing great!
Alfie is a happy, confident little guy who loves everyone he meets, including other dogs and kids. He’s working on his potty training and learning to walk on a leash. He’s also getting the hang of crate training, sleeping nicely in his crate and improving with each night. He’s already been on plenty of car rides and travels comfortably in his car crate, too!
Like any young puppy, Alfie will need continued patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he learns the ropes. He’s off to a wonderful start and is ready to find a family to love him through all his puppy adventures. Could Alfie be your new best friend? ❤️ Apply to adopt today!
Alfie is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He will need to be neutered when he’s old enough, which will require a trip to our clinic in Holmdel, NJ. His adoption fee is $600.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
