DEXTER CAME FROM TEXAS WITH TWO DIFFERENT EYES, A FACE YOU CAN’T IGNORE, AND ENOUGH FLUFF TO NEED HIS OWN ZIP CODE.
Hi. I’m Dexter.
But around here, I’m also called Tex.
I was rescued from a shelter in Texas, so apparently I brought a little piece of the Lone Star State with me.
I’m about a year old, a small Husky mix, and I have one blue eye and one brown eye.
Which means I can look at you and somehow manage to give you two completely different opinions at once.
Very impressive, if you ask me.
I’m also ridiculously soft.
And fluffy.
And cute.
Like, “you’re going to pet me and then immediately need to pet me again” fluffy.
I’m a fun, silly guy with a great personality and, yes, I’m true to my Husky heritage.
I have energy.
But I’m not here to make your life a cardio program.
I enjoy getting out and doing things, and I’m really good on walks.
I’m athletic, I like to move, and I’d make a great companion for someone who enjoys walks, adventures, and having a dog who actually wants to participate in life.
Other dogs?
I like them.
I’m good with other dogs and would be happy to have some canine friends.
Cats?
I have lived with them and they are OK.
But let’s get back to these eyes.
One blue. One brown.
And somehow, they work perfectly with this ridiculous fluff.
I look like somebody took a handsome little dog, added extra fur, gave him two completely different eyes, and said:
“Yep. That’s the one.”
And honestly?
They were right.
I’m Dexter.
Tex, if you prefer.
About a year old.
Small Husky mix.
Soft.
Fluffy.
Athletic.
Silly.
Good on walks.
Good with dogs.
And very, very easy on the eyes.
Literally.
Both of them. ❤️
Think you might be my person?
