Healthy – Distemper Survivor
Bebo has every reason not to trust the world—but somehow, he still chooses love.
He was rescued from a truly heartbreaking situation, covered in ticks and neglected, left to survive on his own. He carries pieces of that past with him—his teeth are worn, and he walks with a slight limp—but what he never lost is his spirit.
Today, Bebo is safe, healthy, and still full of life. And more than anything… he just wants someone to love.
Personality
Bebo is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and full of heart. He loves being around people and has a gentle, loving nature that makes you instantly root for him. Despite everything he’s been through, he is happy, trusting, and eager to connect.
He still loves to run, explore, and enjoy life. His limp doesn’t slow him down—it just reminds you how strong he is.
Bebo doesn’t dwell on his past. He lives in the moment, and he loves with everything he has.
Special Notes
Bebo has some yellowing teeth and a slight limp from his past, but they do not affect his ability to enjoy life. He is happy, active, and full of love—just waiting for someone to see him for who he truly is.
Breed Info
As a Black Lab / Terrier mix, Bebo brings together:
The Lab’s loving, loyal, and people-focused nature
The Terrier’s resilience, intelligence, and determination
This creates a dog who is devoted, adaptable, and full of personality. He thrives on connection and will bond deeply with his person.
Ideal Home
Bebo would do best in a home where he is truly valued and included as part of the family. He doesn’t need perfection—just someone who will love him, accept him, and never give up on him.
Owner Responsibilities
Bebo will need routine care, exercise, and continued love. Like all dogs, he requires proper nutrition, veterinary care, and consistency. Most importantly, he needs a family who understands that adoption is forever.
Things to Consider
Bebo has been through a lot, but he doesn’t carry it heavily. Still, adopters should be ready to provide a stable, loving environment where he can continue to thrive.
The 3-3-3 Rule
3 days to decompress
3 weeks to learn your routine
3 months to fully feel at home
With patience, Bebo will become your most loyal companion.
Veterinary Care
Bebo is fully vetted, but we always recommend bringing him to your own veterinarian after adoption to continue his care.
Important Note
Bebo is an indoor family dog. He is not to be chained or left outside.
