[GREEN]Background: Brought in stray by finder on 9/18/26. Given Green dot on intake. Intake staff able to handle dog for all intake procedures including vaccines. Noted that dog was sociable. SDC Notes indicate dog is friendly with people. Volunteers have been able to leash, walk, and pet dog during outings with no issues. Green for shelter handling. When intoduced to other small dogs at the shelter, this dog often mounted the other dogs. Took corrections, but remained focused on the other dogs, repeatedly attempting to mount them. Recommend placement with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog in a home.B Potential adopters should be aware that regular grooming is essential for the health and welfare of this dog, which requires understanding of breed-specific needs and takes time if done either at home or by a professional.
