Twinkle Toes (A143513) is a Domestic Short Hair Brown Tabby who was 18lbs exactly on intake!09/20/26 Twinkle Toes is here for love! This fine lady was surrendered to the shelter due to the dog in the home not being gentle with her. Twinkle Toes is declawed. Declawing can have negative side effects including chronic pain and urination outside of the litter box. At this time Twinkle Toes appears to be doing well with using the little box, and continues to be the loving and friendly companion she is famous for being! She is known to do well with babies, children, strangers, adults, cats, and even dogs though she takes longer to warm up to them. She is known to be a gentle companion and resident couch potato! Twinkle Toes is overweight which could put a lot of pressure on her joints especially her declawed paws. So here at the shelter we have started her on a diet! And highly encourage her new family to consult a vet about helping her reach a more comfortable weight for the long run! Her ideal weight should be closer to 11 pounds.
