Meet Suzie

Sweet Suzie is an 8-year-old, spayed brown and white Chihuahua mix who’s looking for a soft place to land and a family to call her own. ❤️

Suzie currently weighs around 10–13 pounds and is actively working on getting back to her more slender figure. She recently lost her person and is now learning how to navigate life without him. It’s been a big adjustment for this little girl, and she’s understandably a bit shy at first.

Once she feels comfortable, Suzie loves snuggles, attention, and being close to her people. She does well with other dogs, but after living a quieter life, she would be happiest in a calm, peaceful home where she can settle in at her own pace.

Suzie is house trained and is currently learning how to walk on a leash.

Suzie has already experienced the heartbreak of losing the person she loved. Now she just needs someone willing to show her that she can have a safe, happy next chapter. ❤️
