Pippy is a 10-month-old, 30-pound pup who may be a Schnauzer mix—and she’s ready to leave her rough start behind and find a family of her own!
Pippy was found abandoned and tied to a wood pile, but despite everything she’s been through, she is a happy, loving, playful girl who has so much potential. She’s incredibly smart, eager to learn, and full of classic puppy energy!
She loves other dogs, is good with cats, and does well with kids, making her a wonderful candidate for an active family. She absolutely loves going for walks and is working on her fetch skills. She’s figured out the fun part—chasing the ball—but sometimes decides that running around in circles for absolutely no reason is even better!
She is already learning her manners and has mastered some important basics. Pippy knows how to sit and lay down, and when it’s time for bed, she will politely go into her crate when asked. She is also continuing to work on potty training.
Because Pippy is still a puppy, her forever family should be prepared to continue working with her on basic training, socialization, manners, and impulse control. She’ll need patience, consistency, exercise, and plenty of positive reinforcement as she learns how to be the best dog she can be.
If you’re looking for a smart, playful, high-energy pup who will keep you laughing and happily join you for walks, adventures, and plenty of fun, Pippy might just be your girl!
Pippy has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and has had age appropriate vaccinations.
