Hi, I’m PeeWee!
I’m a 1-year-old Yorkshire Terrier mix weighing a whopping 7.4 lbs! I may be tiny, but my personality is BIG. Not to brag or anything, but everywhere I go, people tell me how cute I am. And if being sweet were an Olympic sport, I’m pretty sure I’d bring home the gold! ❤️
I LOVE to play! If there’s a toy staring me down, you better believe I’m taking it on. Big toy, little toy, squeaky toy—it doesn’t matter. I’m ready for the challenge!
I adore kids, enjoy car rides (especially if a pup cup is involved!), and I’ve never met a person I didn’t like. I also love other dogs and automatically assume every dog wants to be my friend. Sometimes I’m a little too brave for my size, so I need my family to help me make safe introductions.
I’m still a puppy with a few things to learn. I’m not fully housebroken yet, but I’m working on it and making progress. I’ll need someone who is patient and willing to continue helping me learn. I’m also working on leash training and getting better every day.
I sleep in a crate at night, although I may cry a little sometimes. Being alone is hard for me after spending time on the streets as a stray. I just need a family who will help me build my confidence and understand that when they leave, they’ll always come back for me. My ideal family would be one that is home most of the time or, even better, lets me tag along on their adventures!
Oh, and personal space? Never heard of it! If you aren’t paying attention, prepare yourself for a surprise attack of PeeWee kisses!
I’m neutered, microchipped, and up to date on my vaccines, including rabies.
