She’s a classic mid-energy puppy who enjoys running, playing, and wrestling. Ruffles is looking for a home that will give her all the scritches and pets she wants and help her grow into a wonderful companion.Ruffles is always excited to meet new people. She sometimes needs a minute to approach and sniff, but then she starts to wiggle and just wants love. Ruffles has done great with the older kids she’s met! This sweet girl is always down to wrestle with other dogs, even if they’re twice her size, but she takes correction well if another dog doesn’t want to play. Ruffles is curious about cats and would like to play with them, too! She’d love to live in a home with built-in friends who are used to puppy antics, whether they’re children, cats, or other dogs.Ruffles has been doing amazing with her crate training! She settles in immediately and can stay overnight, though she may ask to be let out if she hears something fun happening in another room. Ruffles has been working hard on her housetraining and is making good progress. Like any puppy, she’ll need time to learn new routines, but with patience, consistency, and lots of love, she’s sure to continue to improve. Ruffles is still figuring out her leash, but she loves to go on walks and explore! This funny gal’s favorite thing in the world is shredding cardboard boxes—she hopes that her new family will keep a supply of cardboard for her!Ruffles can’t wait to bring joy and fun to her new home.
