Meet Diesel, a professional biscuit maker with the cutest little bobtail.
If you ask Diesel what the greatest inventions of all time are, his list would probably include cozy blankets, Churu treats, soft beds... and being an indoor cat.
This incredibly sweet boy seems genuinely grateful for the simple things in life. Whether he's curled up on a fluffy blanket, asking for pets, or making biscuits with all four paws, Diesel has a way of making every day feel a little cozier. He has fully embraced the indoor life—and after discovering Churu treats, he's made it very clear there's no going back.
One of Diesel's favorite things in the world is children. Even when he was living outdoors, he would happily follow neighborhood kids around just to be close to them. That gentle, trusting personality never left him. If your family has kids who want a kitty to love on, Diesel will happily volunteer for the job.
He also loves kittens and enjoys the company of playful, friendly cats who are kind to him. With proper introductions, he's the type of cat who's happy to make new feline friends and join in on the fun.
Diesel can be a little cautious when something is new or unexpected. After everything he's been through, who could blame him? He survived a devastating tail injury that left him with his adorable bobtail, but it never took away his kind heart or his trust in people. He simply needs a little time to realize he's safe, and once he does, he absolutely thrives.
His foster describes him as one of the sweetest cats she's ever met—gentle, affectionate, and so grateful to finally have a safe place to call home. In fact, he's almost impossible to photograph because the moment you kneel down with a camera, he comes right over to greet you. Instead of posing, he insists on rubbing against your hands, giving head bumps, and asking for pets. Taking a good picture of Diesel is nearly impossible—but falling in love with him is easy.
Estimated to be between 1–2 years old, Diesel is looking for a family who will appreciate what a special boy he is—a resilient, loving cat who has traded surviving for living. Now his biggest worries are finding the coziest blanket in the house, convincing you it's time for another Churu, and making enough biscuits to repay everyone who gave him a second chance.
