Malibu is a beautiful 10-month-old Domestic Shorthair who came to Macomb County Animal Control after her owners were no longer able to care for her.This sweet girl may be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her a little time and patience, and you’ll see her true personality shine! Once Malibu warms up, she is a super sweet, affectionate girl who loves connecting with her people. ??Malibu has lived with other cats and did well with them, so she may enjoy having a feline friend in her new home. She would do best with children ages 5 and up who can respect her space while she gets comfortable.If there are dogs in the home, Malibu will need slow, patient, and proper introductions to help everyone feel safe and comfortable.To help Malibu thrive, her new family should provide plenty of enrichment, including lots of toys, a scratching post, and a cat tree where she can climb, play, scratch, and relax.If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate young cat who just needs a little time to come out of her shell, Malibu may be your girl!
