Maybe it was the steady meals. Maybe it was the gentle voices of volunteers reminding him that he was finally safe. Whatever the reason, Jason has blossomed into a friendly, affectionate guy who's ready to find a family of his own.
At around 2 years old, Jason is a
lot
of cat in the best possible way. He's built like a linebacker, sports a head the size of a softball, loves to climb to the highest perch, and has plenty to say about everything. If you're looking for a quiet cat, keep scrolling. If you're looking for a hilarious sidekick who will chat with you all day, Jason is your guy.
His coat will need regular brushing to keep it looking its best, and he'll happily make grooming time part of your routine. Jason also enjoys the company of other cats and would love a feline friend to wrestle, explore, and hang out with.
Like many big, confident cats, Jason plays with enthusiasm. He can get a little rough during playtime and doesn't always remember his own size, so he'd do best in a home without young children or with older, cat-savvy kids who understand feline boundaries. He also does not care for older persons.
Jason has the looks, the personality, and enough charm to fill your entire house. All that's missing is a forever family who appreciates a big, goofy, talkative cat with an even bigger heart.
