Peppa is with out partner rescue in Mississippi and can catch a ride to NJ with an approved adopter or foster.
Meet Peppa — a beautiful Lab/Beagle mix with a heart as sweet as her soulful eyes. At about 4½ years old and 50 pounds, she is fully grown, wonderfully well-mannered, and ready to find the family she deserves.
Peppa was sadly surrendered when her previous owner could no longer care for her, but she hasn’t let that dim her gentle, easygoing spirit. She gets along nicely with dogs her size, walks beautifully on leash, and is working on polishing up her manners like the good girl she is.
This laid-back lady is house-trained, loves a good chew bone, and is always happy to trade playtime for a cozy snuggle session. Peppa is the total package: calm, affectionate, polite, and just the right amount of fun.
If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who will happily join you for walks, couch time, and all of life’s little moments, Peppa may be your girl.
Peppa is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. She has been spayed and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $500.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
