09/09/26 doggie day out:Briefly walked by 4-6 year old kids, was friendly but uninterested Happy, friendly, affectionate. Definitely the type to follow his human(s) around the house. He's a good boy! A bit of a beggar with food, he ate my lunch when I left the room?? walks well on a leash despite size, not pulling. Knows sit/down/come, absolutely destroyed the plush toy included in his backpack.We walked all around midtown, then had some down time in the air conditioning for naps. Played some fetch, then went to riverfront park so he could splash around in the river and cool off a bit before going back to the shelter. A gentle giant and a very sweet boy!
