Heya! My name is Sammy, and I'm a brown and white tabby boy kitty! I'm 5 months old, and I'm sharing a cage with my mom, Raisin. You can easily tell us apart by looking for who has the white streak on their nose--that's me! I am a little shy compared to my mom, but that's partly because she is super outgoing. I'm still a friendly guy! I love getting pet, and while you can pick me up, it's maybe not my favorite thing. But what I do love is playtime! Mouse toys and wand toys are really cool, and I bet there are lots of other toys I've never even seen that are fun, too! So I hope I can find a furever home that will give me lots of playtime and attention. I don't have to be adopted with my mom, but if you're looking for two great cats to adopt, we are pretty awesome!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
