Pluto is a sweet, adorable puppy with a whole lot of love and personality waiting to shine. At approximately 5 months old and around 20 pounds, he is still growing and discovering the world around him.
With his pretty brown fur and irresistibly cute face, Pluto is sure to turn heads, but it’s his playful personality that really makes him special. He loves playing with other dogs and is always happy to discover a fun toy. Having canine friends around is a great way for Pluto to burn some of his puppy energy and build confidence.
Pluto can be a little shy when he first meets someone, but give him a little time and patience, and he warms up quickly. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet and playful personality starts to shine.
He is already crate trained and is doing very well with potty training, showing that he is eager to learn and making great progress with his puppy skills.
Pluto is also neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, so he is ready to begin the next chapter of his life with his forever family.
Like any growing rescue puppy, Pluto will need a family who understands that bringing a puppy home is a commitment. He will benefit from continued positive-reinforcement training, regular exercise, socialization, and a consistent daily routine. His new family should be prepared for the joys and challenges of puppyhood and willing to give him the guidance, patience, and structure he needs to grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog.
The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.
**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
