Meet Princess!
If you’re looking for a 10 year old tiny best friend with a BIG personality, Princess is your girl! This sweet little lady wants nothing more than to be by your side as much as possible. Her favorite place in the world?
Your lap.
She is an absolute cuddle bug and will happily curl up with you for hours.
Don’t let her tiny 5 lb size fool you—Princess has a little feisty side, too! When she’s feeling playful, she loves a good game of
wrestle
. She also takes her neighborhood patrol duties very seriously. Princess is surprisingly wonderful on a leash and loves her daily stroll around the block (about half a mile). She’ll happily let everyone—dogs and people alike—know that she owns the block… or at least likes to think she does!
Princess does very well with pottying outside, although she isn’t always the best at letting you know when she needs to go. The good news? She is
pee-pad trained
and will use one when it’s available.
She has a healthy appetite but considers herself a bit of a food connoisseur. She has a picky palate and believes that, as a distinguished adult lady, she deserves the finer things in life. Because she can be territorial around her food, she’ll need supervision around little kids during mealtimes. She absolutely loves
older kids
and is happiest when she gets to be part of whatever her people are doing.
And when the day is done, Princess has one very important nonnegotiable:
she sleeps in bed with you.

Princess also takes a heart medication pill twice a day. She isn’t exactly a fan of this particular part of her routine, but she lets her people give it to her without too much fuss.

Adoption fee $300. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, prevention, heartworm negative and her labwork was normal.
