Une paire inséparable
Momo et Obi sont arrivés au refuge en janvier 2026, après avoir traversé ensemble les épreuves de la vie dans la rue. Depuis toujours, ces deux grands amis peuvent compter l’un sur l’autre.
Momo, 5 ans, est un chat légèrement timide et doux qui a besoin qu’on l’approche avec patience, douceur et respect de son rythme. Il ne demande qu’une chose: qu’on lui laisse le temps de s’ouvrir. Lorsqu’il accorde enfin sa confiance, il révèle une grande tendresse et offre son affection avec une douceur infinie. Il ne deviendra peut-être pas un chat de genoux dès les premières semaines, mais chaque petit progrès sera une magnifique récompense. Il est de plus en plus curieux et il est toujours pas loin à d’observer l’action.
Obi, quant à lui, est un magnifique chat blond d’environ 5 ans et demi. De bonne taille, doux et calme, il apprécie les longues siestes, la tranquillité et une vie à son propre rythme. Il est assez joueur. On peut voir qu’il aime la stimulation. Obi aime les humains et deviendra un compagnon fidèle, doux et attachant. Et pour gagner son cœur, rien de mieux que quelques gâteries — il raffole particulièrement des Creamy!
Bien avant le refuge, nous avions découvert à quel point ces deux chats se complétaient. Obi rend Momo courageux et l’aide à se sentir en sécurité, tandis que Momo prend soin de son grand ami en lui offrant de longues séances de toilettage pleines d’affection. Nous recherchons donc pour eux un foyer calme, patient et aimant, sans jeunes enfants et sans autres animaux.
Momo doit encore recevoir une dentisterie, qui sera entièrement prise en charge par le refuge. Les futurs adoptants devront toutefois être en mesure de l’accompagner à son rendez-vous à Anjou lorsque nous les contacterons pour confirmer la date. Tous les frais liés à cette intervention seront assumés par le refuge.
Obi et Momo sont des chats adultes, dont les frais d'adoption sont de 620$. Ils sont stérilisés, vaccinés, micropucés et négatifs pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ainsi que la leucose féline (FeLV).
Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec leur adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que nécessaire. An Inseparable Pair
Momo and Obi arrived at the shelter in January 2026, after going through the hardships of life on the streets together. They have always been able to rely on one another, and their special bond remains very strong today.
Momo, 5 years old, is a gentle and slightly shy cat who needs to be approached with patience, kindness, and respect for his own pace. All he asks is to be given the time he needs to open up. Once he learns to trust, he reveals a wonderful tenderness and offers his affection with infinite sweetness. He may not become a lap cat during the first few weeks, but every little step forward will be a beautiful reward. He is becoming increasingly curious and can usually be found nearby, quietly observing all the action.
Obi, on the other hand, is a handsome blond cat who is approximately 5 ½ years old. A good-sized, gentle and calm cat, he enjoys long naps, peaceful surroundings, and taking life at his own pace. He is also quite playful, and we can see that he enjoys mental and physical stimulation. Obi loves people and will become a loyal, gentle, and affectionate companion. And if you want to win his heart, there is nothing better than a few treats — he absolutely loves Creamy treats!
Long before they arrived at the shelter, these two cats had already shown us just how well they complement each other. Obi makes Momo feel brave and helps him feel safe, while Momo takes care of his dear friend by giving him long, affectionate grooming sessions. We are therefore looking for a calm, patient, and loving home for the two of them, without young children and without other animals. We would love for Momo and Obi to continue their journey together and to finally experience the comfort and security of a loving home.
Momo still needs to have a dental procedure, which will be fully covered by the shelter. The adopters will, however, need to be able to bring him to his appointment in Anjou once we contact them to confirm the date. All costs related to this procedure will be covered by the shelter.
Momo and Obi are adult cats, and their adoption fee is $620 for the pair. They are both neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and negative for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLV). Six weeks of health insurance are included with their adoption. You will also have access to our adoption team for as long as needed.
