Ruffles is a
happy, affectionate, energetic little girl
who is always ready to have fun. She absolutely loves attention and will happily soak up all the affection you want to give her. She has that wonderful puppy personality—playful, curious, busy, and always on the go!
Ruffles is still very much in her
puppy chewing phase
, although she isn’t an aggressive chewer. Like any puppy, she needs a little supervision and puppy-proofing. Shoes, remotes, eyeglasses, and other valuables should be kept safely out of reach. If you’ve raised a puppy before, you know the drill!
She recently learned to walk on a leash and is doing great! She has also learned to use a
doggie door
and was doing well with her house training. Her new family will need to continue her training and help her adjust to their schedule and routine. Puppies don’t automatically know that every house has different rules, so a little patience and consistency will go a long way.
One of the funniest things about Ruffles?
She hasn’t discovered her Pom bark yet!
She is surprisingly quiet for a Pomeranian puppy. Of course, if she moves in with another Pom, we can’t promise her new sibling won’t teach her the fine art of barking!
Ruffles was
owner surrendered because her previous owner simply didn’t have the time and energy needed for a rambunctious puppy.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this little girl—she is just a puppy who needs a family ready for the time, patience, exercise, training, supervision, and love that comes with raising one.
