UPDATE
Mooshi is a very unique cat who needs a family that will love her, give her a nice lap to sit on and all the pets you can manage... because she'll never get tired of them! She is very vocal and has a lot to say. Mooshi is adorable and sweet. She came into care with her feline partner, Panther, and we would love to see them adopted together since they have lived together for several years. Mooshi does not like dogs.
Mooshi is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.
Mooshi was surrendered to HDDCR due to no fault of her own. Mooshi is a pretty Brown Tabby mix of about 5 years old. She is curious, yet cautious and takes a bit of time to warm up, but when she does she is sweet and loves belly rubs. She is cuddly, but usually on her terms! She is an active cat that loves boxes and baskets, catnip toys and stealing Taco Bell nacho fries from unsuspecting humans! Mooshi has been living with another cat that last couple years, so likely will do well with another cat with slow and proper introductions. She is not a fan of dogs and would be more comfortable with none in the home. Mooshi is an escape artist and will dart out entry doors if humans are not aware she has this habit. The former owner recommends always having canned food on standby. Mooshi also likes to counter-surf.
Mooshi will be visiting the veterinarian soon for updated vaccines and microchip. She will also be spayed before going to her adoptive home.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee. Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
