Born in 2024, Asher is a handsome 2-year-old boy who showed up on the rescuer's doorstep a few months ago after being left behind when his family moved. From the moment she met him, he was incredibly friendly rubbing against her legs and asking for attention. He’d been living outdoors but since their meeting he is adjusting to the comfortable life indoors.

Asher has been around other cats and gets along with most. He’s a sweet boy who loves to crawl into your lap for a cuddle or nap. Confident, playful, and sometimes independent, Asher can also be quite chatty. He’s truly a wonderful cat, and his future family will be very lucky to have him. He’d be happiest in a home with adults and older kids.

Asher tested positive for FIV. This is a virus that can only be spread by deep bite wounds. FIV does not mean a shorter lifespan, if he is kept indoors and cared for, he will have a long happy life. Contact Renee if you have questions.
