Lacey – Yellow female, 1 year, 60 lbs.
Meet Lacey, a one-year-old yellow Lab mix of approx. 60 pounds. Lacey has a gentle heart and a serious talent for snuggling! This quiet, sweet girl isn’t much of a licker—she prefers to show her love by curling up beside you for a cozy cuddle. She gravitates towards chew toys and plays tug-o-war with her foster siblings. Other amazing built-in traits of Lacey are:
friendly with children
friendly with other family dogs
house trained
sleeps peacefully in crate
Lacey is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash, so she’ll need someone patient who can continue her leash work. Her feelings about cats are still a mystery, but her affectionate personality is impossible to miss.
Lacey came to us from a very small, rural shelter that receives little to no foot traffic. Thankfully, we heard about her situation just in the nick of time and were able to step in before it was too late.
If you’re looking for a calm, cuddly best friend who will happily settle in by your side, arrange to meet Lacey. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines including rabies; flea/tick topical drops, heartworm tested and microchipped. Thank you for opting to adopt!!
