But she didn’t turn away — she scooped me up and took me straight to a groomer, where they cleaned me, cared for me, and helped me feel like myself again.She brought me into her backyard while she searched for my family. I didn’t know if anyone was coming back for me, but she fed me, walked me, and showed me what kindness feels like. Every day with her made me believe I deserved better than the life I had before.She told me I needed a chance at something new — a real home, a real future — and she reached out to a rescue. That’s when everything changed. They welcomed me, gave me a safe place to learn what it means to live inside a house, and helped me understand that humans can be gentle, patient, and full of love.And now… I have a name. We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.
