Felix is a handsome 1-year-old Black German Shepherd with a curious mind, an adventurous spirit, and a wonderfully quirky personality! He can be pretty excited when he first gets out of his kennel, but once he has a chance to stretch his legs and explore, he settles down nicely and is happy to relax.Felix loves checking out the world around him and is always interested in what’s around the next corner. On his Doggie Day Out, he enjoyed exploring, taking walks, and even finding cozy spots to lounge in the bushes! He did great meeting new adults and strangers and was comfortable around everyone he encountered. He was also quiet throughout his outing—except when an ambulance passed by with its sirens on, when Felix decided to join in with an adorable howl!This smart young guy is still working on his basic training and can pull a little on leash, but he’s easy to redirect. He takes treats very gently and is learning that people and affection can be pretty great, too. Felix would love an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to explore, followed by some well-earned downtime.If you’re looking for a young, intelligent, adventurous companion with a silly side, Felix might be your guy!
