Devin is the life of her foster home, she keeps everyone happy, playful and busy. She is quiet, still a little fearful from her past life (stray in Philly) perfect with other dogs, loves car rides, walks, food, snacks, and life.

really needs a family to include her in their lives. She is young and doesn't love a crate. She isn't the dog who can stay home all day every day alone.
