Ready for a new best friend? So is Koala! This 11-year-old tabby quickly overcomes her shyness to become a devoted companion — often curling up as the little spoon for movie night.
Koala is wonderfully expressive. She’ll make soft eye contact and meow sweetly to invite you to follow her around the house, sometimes flopping down mid-walk for a surprise cuddle. When she’s at her happiest, she kneads enthusiastically, purrs loudly, and occasionally drools as she makes biscuits.
Although she’s not a kitten anymore, Koala still has a playful side. She loves chasing her wand toy near you and goes wild for catnip. After a quick burst of play, she’s ready to settle in with an adoring gaze for close snuggles.
This
darling middle-aged beauty knows what she likes, and that is to be the only pet in a calm, indoor-only home, complete with her favorite litter box set-up (low sides, please!). Koala has a history of litter box avoidance that worsens with stress or routine changes. She is currently doing well with her current setup and she is looking for an adopter who can partner with their veterinarian to manage her ongoing care.
Koala is ready to reward you with endless affection — and plenty of cuddles. Koala is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative.
