While her smaller stature may make her look like a kitten, beautiful DIAMOND is actually 4 years old and in search of a special home that will really help her shine. This precious gem is still a bit “in the rough,” as they say, waiting for the right person or family to see the brilliance and specialness beneath the slight skittishness she displays.
Though she’s a bit shy and doesn’t necessarily want to be held or handled a lot, with a little patience DIAMOND will show you her underlying curiosity and sweetness—and even, as seen here, playfulness (never underestimate the power of the worm toy)! This lovely girl is friendly with other cats and almost certainly just needs a little time and a calm indoor home to relax into being the loving companion she is. So if you’re looking for a sweet, quiet kitty you don’t mind loving from afar for just a bit, please fill out our no-obligation adoption application at
and come meet this petite black beauty!
We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend over $250 to cover spay and neutering, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask for a minimum donation of $80 per cat, and that adopters pay more if they are able to. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.
