Meet Hannah – The Gentle Matriarch

Hannah is a beautiful 8-year-old Hound mix with a heart as big as her floppy ears! She’s a calm, well-behaved girl who just wants to be near her people and enjoy the simple comforts of life.

Hannah’s look is as unique as her personality — she has a little extra skin and a slightly crooked snout, likely from birth, that only adds to her one-of-a-kind charm.

This amazing girl was rescued from a hoarding situation involving 17 dogs and puppies. Many have since found their forever homes, but a few, including some believed to be Hannah’s daughters, are still waiting for their happily-ever-after. We think Hannah was the matriarch of the group, and her nurturing nature truly shines through.

Since joining the rescue, Hannah has completed her heartworm treatment and is now heartworm negative! She’s also learning new skills every day — including leash walking, crate training, and she’s completely housebroken!
