Approximate Weight: 21 lbs as of 8/2/26; she is still growing.
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: Rural shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here. Sandcastle is Looking For: A forever home that is permanent - not ephemeral, not likely to be washed away by the waves of the ocean. She is at the tail end of puppyhood and has so much to see and do! She is looking for her own humans to trot alongside on long sniffy walks and romps in parks and adventures to burn all that awesome young-dog energy. Also on her wish list: plenty of ear scritches, quality kibble, a cushy dog bed, and some new pup pals to play with!But above all, she wants to know where she belongs, to be under her own roof, safe and loved. In exchange, she promises adoring gazes and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say?
