I came to the shelter as a stray with eye issues that needed to be addressed that has left me with limited vision, but that hasnât stopped me from enjoying lifeâs comforts.I am looking for someone with a kind heart and a little extra patience.Life hasnât always been easy for me and Iâm learning to trust people and prefer to take things slow while I build my confidence. New people and new environments can be overwhelming for me so I might greet you with a hiss to say âIâm scaredâ but I donât want to hurt you and once I feel safe I relax and my personality begins to shine.I am beginning to accept gentle pets and cuddles more each day. I love treats and will eat wet food from your lap once I feel safe. I enjoy playing with toys especially those that make noise with bells or rattles.With love, consistency, and a little patience, Iâm making wonderful progress toward becoming a great companion.I am looking for someone who is willing to see past my challenges and love me for the gentle, resilient kitten I am. Someone who understands that trust is a journey but one thatâs worth taking.I donât have experience with kids or dogs and the only experience I have with other cats is my foster roomate. It took me awhile to adjust to him but weâre buddies now, I might do well with a slow introduction to other cats.Even with my limited eyesight I am able to find my food, water and litterbox once Iâve had the ability to explore my surroundings.
