07/29/26 16:40Adult small breed dog in need of rescue who presented initially for severe matting, underweight, mild paraphimosis, and with wounds and severe inflammation affected his right eye and periocular region. His periocular changes have resolved, and his right eye is slowly improving but still needs extensive care and monitoring at this time.
